Bakers' Dz Springerle
Springerle cookies have been a popular German cookie since the 14th century. These are made with pure ingredients (organic flour, pure extracts and butter) Flavors are the traditional anise, orange, lemon or Italian Fiori di Sicilia (notes of citrus and floral). Please give as much notice as possible. These cookies require days to bake properly. They taste wonderful, unique biscuit like and beautiful for your cookie tray.
